MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI KAMPUNG BATIK SEBAGAI KLASTER USAHA KECIL MENENGAH

Abstract


Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sistem kegiatan Sumber Daya Manusia di Desa Batik. Batik adalah salah
satu warisan budaya paling berharga di Indonesia yang telah dikenal secara global. Industri batik telah
berdampak pada peningkatan laba di industri tekstil. Pertumbuhan dinamis desa-desa batik di sekitar
kepulauan Indonesia memberikan peran penting bagi pengembangan industri mikro, kecil dan menengah.
Industri desa batik tidak memiliki sistem sumber daya manusia formal dalam manajemen industri. Tujuan
dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia di desa Batik.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan jenis Studi Kasus untuk setiap kelompok
yang akan dipelajari. Para peneliti akan melakukan beberapa studi kasus di lokakarya Batik Cirebon,
Cianjur, Bandung, Cimahi, Pekalongan, Solo, Jogja. Model ini diharapkan sebagai model perintis untuk
sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang muncul secara signifikan di seluruh Indonesia. Hasil yang
diharapkan adalah sistem kegiatan Sumber Daya Manusia yang paling efektif yang telah disesuaikan
dengan lokakarya Batik sebagai usaha kecil dan menengah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja
manajemen sumber daya manusia dan dampak dari peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat di sekitar
lokakarya batik. Memperbaiki sistem manajemen akan mengarah pada peningkatan tingkat pendapatan
orang-orang di cluster. Penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai referensi masa depan untuk pengembangan
manajemen bengkel Batik.
